By requesting a service from LubriGo Del Caribe S.A.S., Tax ID (NIT) 901.765.785-4, a simplified stock company (S.A.S.) domiciled at Carrera 3 # 46B-120, Marbella, Cartagena de Indias, Bolívar, whose business is motor vehicle maintenance and repair ("LubriGo"), you accept these terms. Read them: they're short and written so there are no surprises.
1. The service
LubriGo provides mobile preventive car maintenance —oil and filter change, fluid checks, batteries, lights, wiper blades and fire extinguisher sales— in Cartagena de Indias and its surroundings. Exact coverage is confirmed when booking, by WhatsApp, phone call or email. We do not perform major mechanical repairs or work requiring a lift or pit.
2. Booking
Bookings may be requested through the website, WhatsApp, phone call or email. A request is not a confirmed appointment until LubriGo replies through any of those same channels with the final date and time of the service and the price; the date and time the customer proposes in the form are a preference, and the correct ones are those LubriGo confirms. The customer must provide a safe, accessible place to work (garage, car park or street with enough room) and an adult present to hand over and receive the vehicle.
3. Prices and payment
The price is agreed on WhatsApp before the visit and includes travel within the coverage area, labour and the quoted supplies. Any additional work or part is quoted and carried out only with the customer's approval. Payment is made when the service is complete, in cash or by transfer, against a receipt.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
You may cancel or reschedule free of charge with at least two (2) hours' notice. If the technician arrives and the vehicle is unavailable or nobody is there to hand it over, the travel fee may be charged. In heavy rain or other conditions that prevent safe work, LubriGo may reschedule at no cost.
5. Supplies and parts
LubriGo provides the service with its own supplies, parts and tools: lubricants and parts from recognised brands, to the vehicle manufacturer's specification. Using supplies, parts or tools provided by the customer is not part of the service; LubriGo decides at its sole discretion whether to use them and, if it does, it is at the customer's responsibility as to their suitability and without any warranty on them.
6. Warranty
The warranty varies by service. Its terms and duration are communicated to the customer before the service is performed, by WhatsApp, email, phone call or on site, and are recorded on the receipt. Parts and supplies additionally carry their manufacturer's warranty. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, third-party intervention, normal wear or pre-existing faults unrelated to the service provided. To claim it, contact us through any of those channels with the service receipt.
7. Liability
LubriGo is liable for damage directly caused by defective performance of the service, duly proven, up to the value of the service provided, without prejudice to the rights the law grants consumers (Law 1480 of 2011). It is not liable for pre-existing vehicle faults or damage arising from skipping recommended maintenance.
8. Waste disposal
The customer chooses what to do with the used oil, filters, removed batteries and any other waste from the service: they may entrust LubriGo with its proper disposal, in which case it remains in LubriGo's custody and is handed to licensed handlers at no extra cost, or they may keep it and dispose of it on their own account and by their own means, at no cost or liability whatsoever to LubriGo.
9. Personal data
The processing of your data is governed by our privacy policy. It also sets out the details of the cookies and analytics used on the site, and how to change your decision about them.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute will first be addressed directly; failing that, the parties may turn to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio or the competent courts.
