LubriGo Del Caribe S.A.S., Tax ID (NIT) 901.765.785-4, a simplified stock company (S.A.S.) domiciled at Carrera 3 # 46B-120, Marbella, Cartagena de Indias, Bolívar (hereinafter "LubriGo"), is the controller of the personal data it collects through this website, WhatsApp and its social networks, in compliance with Law 1581 of 2012, Decree 1377 of 2013 and related regulations.
1. What data we collect
Only what's needed to provide the service: name, mobile number, address where the vehicle is, vehicle details (make, model, year, plate where applicable), requested date and time, and the content of the messages you send us. We collect no sensitive data and no data from minors.
2. What we use it for
- Booking, confirming and providing the requested mobile service.
- Contacting you on WhatsApp or by phone about your appointment, quote or service.
- Reminding you of the next maintenance, if you allow it.
- Keeping accounting and warranty records of the services provided.
- Handling requests, complaints and claims.
We do not sell or hand your data to third parties for commercial purposes. We only share it with providers strictly needed to operate (for example, the messaging platform) and with authorities when the law requires it.
3. How we collect it
This site's form stores nothing on a server of ours: sending it opens a WhatsApp chat with what you typed, and that chat is where it is recorded.
4. Cookies and measurement
This site uses no advertising cookies and no third-party analytics. It only stores two preferences of yours in your browser —the visual theme and the language— which never leave your device and cannot identify you.
The site also loads the chat widget from Autron, the platform we use to handle workshop requests. It is a contact tool, not an advertising one: it lets you message us without leaving the page.
5. Your rights
As the data subject you may, at any time: access, update and correct your data; request proof of the authorisation given; be informed of how it has been used; file complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio; revoke the authorisation and request deletion of your data where no legal or contractual duty to keep it exists.
To exercise them, message us on WhatsApp or through the contact page. We answer enquiries within ten (10) business days and claims within fifteen (15), as the law requires.
6. Retention and security
We keep the data for as long as the commercial relationship lasts and as long as accounting and tax rules require. We apply reasonable measures against loss, unauthorised access or misuse, including not publishing contact details in plain text on this site.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The current version will always be published on this page with its update date.
