Zona Norte (North Zone): La Boquilla, Serena del Mar, Manzanillo del Mar and Cielo Mar
In Zona Norte a shop is genuinely far away: anything means driving down the Anillo Vial to Crespo, and back in the afternoon traffic jam. That's why mobile service here isn't a convenience, it's just common sense: the technician drives up with the oil, the filter and the tools and works in the parking area of your gated complex, which is where almost every oil change in the area gets done.
From Marbella it's 20 to 40 minutes, roughly and depending on traffic on the Anillo Vial. The mobile oil change starts at COP $180,000 with synthetic oil and filter, and within Cartagena the travel is included.

Hours
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. · Saturdays, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Outside those hours and on Sundays: special service, paid in advance.
Gated complexes in Zona Norte have strict front gates, and that's fine: we ask you for the name of the complex and the tower, you register the visit at the front gate or in the complex's app, and the technician arrives in the branded van with his ID and license plate. Many building administrations require a written authorization from the resident for work in common areas; we'll tell you exactly what to write.
The work is done in your parking spot or in the visitors' area, over a drain pan and an absorbent mat. If several neighbors in your complex are interested, we coordinate the visits for the same day: easier for the front gate and for everyone. And if you want to make the most of the trip, the preventive check gets done in the same visit.
Zona Norte gets the salt air with nothing to stop it: open-sea breeze all day long. Battery terminals get crusted white within weeks, exposed metal parts rust and wiper blades crack in the sun. And sand from the Vía al Mar gets into the air intake: the air filter here gets checked at every oil change, not when the manual says so.
The other thing is mileage. Someone who lives in Serena del Mar or Manzanillo and works in the Centro or in Bocagrande easily drives 40 kilometers a day: the change interval comes around much sooner than for a car that stays in the neighborhood. If you don't know what viscosity and how many liters your car calls for, look it up by model and year.
From the exit of the Crespo Tunnel all along the Anillo Vial: La Boquilla and the Los Morros complexes, the Las Ramblas area, Cielo Mar, Serena del Mar and its hospital, and Manzanillo del Mar. Beyond Manzanillo, ask us on WhatsApp: depending on the spot, we serve it by appointment.
If you live in Zona Norte and the car spends the day in the office parking lot in Cartagena, we can do it there too. Before booking, check the pico y placa: the day the car stays at the complex is the best one for the service.
