Crespo and Marbella are our neighborhood. LubriGo's base is at Carrera 3 # 46B-120 in Marbella, so it takes the technician 5 to 10 minutes to reach any street in Crespo, approximately, depending on traffic on Avenida Santander. It's the area where we respond fastest and where a same-day slot is easiest to get.
And it's the only area with two options: we come to your home, or you bring the car to our location and wait with a coffee while we do the oil change. The price is the same: it starts at COP $180,000 with synthetic oil and filter.

Crespo is a neighborhood of houses with garages and low-rise buildings along Avenida Santander and the streets behind the airport. At a house, the technician works in your garage or the driveway; in buildings, in the parking area after letting the front gate know. Because we're so close, here we also usually handle unexpected problems: a battery that wouldn't start in the morning or a bulb that burned out before you had to leave.
If you'd rather come in, write to us on WhatsApp first to reserve a slot. At our location, while you wait, we do the small fixes: cleaning battery terminals, tire pressure, replacing wiper blades and air and cabin filters.
Marbella and Crespo face the sea: a car parked on the street takes direct salt air and, with the afternoon breeze, fine sand that gets in everywhere. The air filter clogs sooner than the manual says, and the cabin filter starts to smell damp.

Yes. You let the front gate know, the technician checks in with his ID and the van's plate and works in your parking space over a drain pan. If the building management doesn't allow it, we do it on the street or you bring the car to our location, which is minutes away.
